- 8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or customer-facing role.
- Experience bringing innovative solutions to market, spanning each phase of the product lifecycle.
- Experience coalescing a diverse set of stakeholders into jointly-committed, aspirational goals.
- Ability to navigate technical and organizational complexity with ease.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate and drive the support platform strategy, balancing near-term impact and long-term success.
- Synthesize business and technical needs into aligned feature, experiment and platform roadmaps, partnering across technical and non-technical teams.
- Lead cross-functional groups through the execution of self-service and automation projects and programs.
- Act as the spokesperson for the business and technical needs/constraints across business and technical teams.
- Understand support technologies in order to form proposals for optimal customer-centric technical solutions.
