Work you'll do

  • Design infographics, publications, and brochures, exhibits, displays, posters, presentations, briefing materials, motion graphics, and content for signage systems
  • Design corporate identity collateral graphics including logos, seals, coin design, and presentation templates
  • Coordinate physical production of printed materials
  • Coordinate display of designed content via agency's electronic signage system
  • Manage, support, execute events including conferences, awards ceremonies, retirement ceremonies, and all hands meeting
  • Coordinate booking of internal event space and catering
  • When applicable, publicize and create multimedia produce and executive level talking points for the events
  • Collaborate with multiple work units identified by the Sponsor to ensure timeliness and success for thy event

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of relevant Graphic Design and Event Planning experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA

Preferred:

  • Experience with translating requirements into designing infographics, publications, brochures, exhibits, displays, posters, presentations, briefing materials, motion graphics and content for signage systems
  • Extensive understanding of accessibility standards in both print and digital media
  • Excellent organizational skills and superb attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, excellent judgment, personal integrity, and absolute discretion
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with personnel at all levels in a team environment
  • Ability to develop plans and solutions to resolve problems and issues
  • Ability to effectively plan workload, meet established deliverables, and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment and change focus quickly, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
