Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in sales strategy, including supporting a Cloud or SaaS organization.
- MBA degree.
- Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (SQL, BI platforms, etc.), and experience directing work of business analysts and data scientists.
Deep understanding of the full enterprise business cycle, renewal/consumption business models, and full-funnel sales motions.- Demonstrated relationship building skills with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (BI, marketing, partners, finance, sales operations, etc.).

As the Head of Customer Growth Insights you will be responsible for driving action-oriented insights around solutions, business plays, lead generation efforts, and pipeline progression and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Support prioritization of initiatives through a data-driven approach.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks, to identify areas of high/low performance, and calculate ROI of specific initiatives.
- Identify and share insights supporting both ad-hoc requests and regular cadences (e.g., forecasts, quarterly business reviews, etc.) related to the pipeline performance.
- Drive scalable execution, delivering actionable and industrialized insights on opportunity and pipeline execution.
- Contribute to global thought-leadership on business health and performance, metrics definitions, dashboards and scaled insights, and tooling.
