About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Cloud Sale Engineering Manager with significant cloud cyber security domain expertise and experience managing a technical field sales team. As a Sales Engineering Manager you and your team will build relationships within CrowdStrike, Partners, and Customers as cloud subject matter experts, educating and demonstrating the value of CrowdStrike's cloud security platform. Your team will apply their specialist knowledge to integrate CrowdStrike technologies and products with various cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and enterprise Kubernetes distributions, such as Red Hat OpenShift and Rancher.

What You'll Do:
  • Ensure effective technical field sales coverage for assigned sales theatre account base.
  • Coach, mentor and develop Cloud Sales Engineers skill-set to meet current and emerging Cloud sales opportunity needs.
  • Engage with leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish key stakeholders and business-line owners.
  • Drive customer and partner meetings through sales calls, relationship building, solution selling and problem resolution.
  • Provide guidance on complex technical issues utilising in-depth knowledge of the company, cloud service providers, products, industry and solutions.
  • Deliver development and improvement of methods, techniques and evaluation processes for CrowdStrike solutions.
What You'll Need:
  • 7+ years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering roles - particularly in the areas of security incident response or cloud security.
  • 2+ years or equivalent experience in direct management or leadership of a technical team (experience managing remote employees highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives.
  • Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and cloud architecture and workload security technologies.
  • Motivated with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communicator - written, verbal and presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to implement systematic approaches to scale within a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel as needed.
