  • Support research activities such as competitive analysis, persona development, and journey mapping to gain deeper insights into user needs and market dynamics.
  • Play an active role in maintaining and evolving our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices across the product experience.

Required Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program or bootcamp in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • A compelling online portfolio (PDF or website link) that demonstrates creative problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with industry-standard design tools, and an understanding of software development principles.
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency with design and design thinking applications such as Figma and Miro.
  • A strong grasp of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a voracious appetite for learning, enabling you to quickly grasp and apply new tools, technologies, and complex cybersecurity concepts throughout the design process.
