Overview

Chick-fil-A is looking for a Senior Product Lead that will drive Restaurant Inventory Management capabilities by delivering Inventory Automation technologies and strategies.

This position sits within the Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) Department and will support our Chick-fil-A restaurants across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The Senior Product Lead will improve our restaurants' ability to manage inventory by testing and implementing hardware and software solutions that increase accuracy and decrease complexity. In this role, you will partner with Supply Chain business partners as well as third party vendors to define requirements, test, pilot, and roll-out solutions that our restaurants will love. By managing data, integrations, configurations, and support of strategic Inventory Automation technology, you will help drive the continued success of Chick-fil-A.

Responsibilities

  • Become the organizational SME on the latest in inventory management technology including but not limited to scanning, RFID, sensors, IOT devices, etc.
  • Learn and understand the Restaurant inventory landscape and identify new opportunities to leverage technology to decrease complexity and increase accuracy.
  • Define and continuously improve the product road-map and backlog to ensure technology and features align with Restaurant needs.
  • Work with business users and third-party vendors to identify and test hardware and software solutions.
  • Manage technology roll-outs to the chain and serve as point of escalation for Restaurant support calls.
  • Represent users and business stakeholders in strategic product discussions.
  • Leverage available data to assess and improve product usability, accessibility, findability, and adoption.
  • Coordinate communication and training activities for major product releases.
  • Partner across the organization to identify opportunities to streamline user experiences across products.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory management technology (including but not limited to scanning, RFID, sensors, IOT devices, etc.)
  • Experience managing automation technology roll-outs
  • Experience in the full Product Management life-cycle (from building out the product road map to implementation)

  • Interest in innovative technologies and their application to business
  • Supply Chain or Restaurant inventory management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Self-starter who completes tasks with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
